  2. In a medium saucepan combine water, rice and
  3. Bouillon. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 15 minutes until tender.
  4. In a small bowl combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup of the Colby cheese.
  5. Spoon mixture into a greased 9x9-inch casserole dish, and bake for 25 minutes
  6. Top with remaining cheese, and bake another 5 minutes to melt.
