Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 - 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 64 oz chicken st ock
  • 64 oz beef stock
  • 1 1/2 cups pearl pasta

Directions:

  1. Make tiny little meatballs
  2. Bake on a cookie sheet for 20 mins 350
  3. Bring Chicken & Beef Stock to a boil
  4. Add Garlic, parsley, salt & pepper
  5. Reduce Heat
  6. Add Pearl Pasta
  7. Add Meatballs
  8. Just before serving add finely chopped Spinach
