Italian Sausage Stew

  1. In lg skillet over med heat, brown sausage.
  2. Add wine, oil, onions and garlic; cook 5 minutes.
  3. Add basil, oregano, red pepper flakes, both cans of tomatoes, and potatoes.
  4. Bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Stir in parsley and salt.
