Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground turkey , 85% lean
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp ground sage
  • 1/2 tsp coriander
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/2 tsp splenda

Directions:

  1. Blend the turkey and spices well. Either shape in patties and fry or crumble up and fry as bulk sausage.
