Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut hot dogs into 1 slices.
  3. Peel potatoes; cut into 1/4 thick slices.
  4. Parboil 5 minutes. Drain.
  5. Melt 1 Tab. butter.
  6. Cook onion and green pepper until tender.
  7. Add hot dogs and brown lightly.
  8. Stir in mustard, spaghetti sauce and salt; mix well.
  9. Line bottom of medium baking dish with potatoes saving a few for the top.
  10. Add hot dog mixture.
  11. Put remaining potato slices around edge.
  12. Melt remaining butter and brush potato slices.
  13. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
  14. Bake 25-30 minutes.
