Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a pan prepare potatos according to package directions to make 4 servings.
  2. In another pan heat , not boil, sour cream.
  3. Add to sour cream, prepared mustard to taste, salt and sugar.
  4. Stir to blend.
  5. Mix sour cream mixture into potato mixture and add onion.
  6. Place mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle with Paprika.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
