Hot Bratwurst Stew

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs. of potatoes
  • 1 lb. of carrots
  • 1 4.5oz package of sm southeastern mills brown gravy mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Wash carrots and potatoes and cut up into nice size chunks
  2. Heat large skillet med high heat add 4 tbsp. of butter or margerine
  3. Let butter melt then add potatoes and carrots-salt and pepper
  4. Give them a good stir and cover with lid-let cook about 3 minutes
  5. Give them another good stir-cover again another 3 minutes
  6. Now add cut up bratwurst-cover for another 3 minutes
  7. Stir again and lower heat to med low and cover
  8. Meanwhile make gravy in seperate pan
  9. Make sure bratwurst is cooked through and potatos and carrots are tender
  10. Add gravy to potatoes carrots and bratwurst-stir all together and dig in!
