Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mash the beans to a'dip' consistency, adding a little bean broth if necessary.
  2. Saute the jalepenos, onion and garlic in the margarine until the garlic and onion are translucent and the jalepenos have golden or brown edges.
  3. Mix the beans, jalepenos, onions, and garlic.
  4. Heat; sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Serve.
  6. Great with nacho chips or fritos.
