Honeyed Mustard Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Melt butter in saucepan.
  3. Add honey, mustard, salt and curry.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken and bake for 45-60 min.
  5. In covered dish.
  6. Serve extra sauce over rice.
  7. Serves 4.
