Honey Mustard Curry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 chicken, cut into serving pieces

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 175C (about 350F).
  2. Place chicken pieces in prepared pan.
  3. Combine all ingredients and pour over chicken.
  4. Bake, covered for about 2 hours in oven.
