Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix cold milk, corn starch, honey, and mustard in a med sauce pan, bring to a boil stirring continuously, then lower heat to med-low for 5 min, stirring occasionally. taste and adjust.
  2. Saute onion and mushrooms in a little olive oil. when starting to colour add all but pickles, feta, lettuce and buns.
  3. Heat through, taste and adjust, let cool slightly to thicken.
  4. Serve on buns with pickles, feta, and lettuce.
