  • 3 cups carrots , 1/4 diagonal slices
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Add carrots to 1 inch boiling water
  2. Heat to boiling; reduce heat
  3. Cover until crisp-tender, about 10 mins; drain
  4. Toss with honey and mint leaves
