  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp cardamom
  • 57 g (1/4 cup) plain non-fat yogurt

Directions:

  1. Grate carrots in a bowl. Mix in remaining ingredients and chill.
