Homemade French Fries

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium potatoes
  • 1 -2 cup canola oil
  • 3 tbsp lowery's seasoning salt

Directions:

  1. Cut potatoes into thin french fries.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet.
  3. Cover bottom of skillet with potatoes (do not over lap, if there are too many make them into two batches.).
  4. Let them fry for 8-9 minutes, or until the bottom is brown.
  5. Flip the fries over and let them fry another 8 minutes.
  6. Remove potatoes from oil and season.
  7. Serve hot.
