Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups black beans
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 small green pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in large container and season to taste (I use a mixture of cumin, and italian seasoning with a little pepper, usually the canned tomatos have more than enough salt. I also make sure to drain and rinse the canned beans well, and also the corn
