Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix the bran mixture together in a bowl and set aside.
  2. Mix the flour mixture in a bowl an set aside.
  3. Mix the liquid mixture.
  4. Add the liquid mixture to the bran mixture and beat well.
  5. Add the flour mixture and mix until just mixed (do not over mix).
  6. Stir in the raisins and sunflower seeds.
  7. Spoon into greasedmuffin tins filling 3/4 full.
  8. Bake 20 minutes at 350°F.
  9. Batter keeps in fridge.
