Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix first 6 ingredients in a bowl. Fold in berries.
  3. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and form 4 mounds of batter on sheet (leave room in between 'em - they expand!).
  4. Bake for 10 minutes. Makes 4 large scones.
  5. Alternate prep: HG recipe actually calls for light vanilla soy milk - don't know if this makes a difference in how it turns out.
  6. I'm going to try placing the batter either in muffin cups or in a small baking pan and then cut into 4 pieces.
  7. Could probably use any flavor(cranberries, raisins, chocolate chips), but with different cal count.
