Herb Toast.

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1/2 tsp olive oil
  • 1 pinch mixed herbs

Directions:

  1. Toast one side of the bread.
  2. Brush the uncooked side with the olive oil and sprinkle over the herbs.
  3. Toast, cut into strips if preferred, and serve.
