Hearty and Spicy Chili With Vegetables and Meat

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute peppers onions and mushrooms.
  2. Once vegetables get sauce add red wine and let simmer a few minutes.
  3. Brown meat in frying pan, breaking it up into small pieces.
  4. Add meat to vegetables.
  5. Add diced tomatos and tomato paste.
  6. Add to pot the corn, carrots, beans and beans.
  7. Season to taste.
  8. Let simmer on medium low for 20+ minutes, stirring occasionally.
