Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz) cans chickpeas

Directions:

  1. Combine everything in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chill.
  2. Serve with pitas or as a veggie dip.
