Hummus with no oils.
Ingredients:
3 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans chickpeas
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
Directions:

Combine everything in blender or food processor and process until smooth. Chill.

Serve with pitas or as a veggie dip.
