Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Roast tomatillos, romas, onions for 15min - flip - 10 more minutes.
  2. Place all ingred except the cilantro in a stew pot. dont forget the juice from the roasting pan. simmer for at least 1 hour.
  3. Strain and cool. save liquid.
  4. Place cilantro and strainer contents in food processor and pulse.
  5. Combine back with strained juice.
  6. Serve with chips, pour over a burrito, nice with eggs, etc...
