Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.Arrange walnuts in a single layer on baking sheet.Toast in oven 5 minutes,or until nuts begin to brown.Remove from oven.
  2. In large bowl,toss together the spinach,walnuts,cranberries,blue cheese,tomatoes,avocado and onion.
  3. In small bowl,whisk together jam,vinegar,oil,salt and pepper.Pour over salad just before serve,toss to coat.
