  1. Combine walnuts, spinach, cranberries, blue cheese, tomatoes, avacado and onion
  2. Whisk or process together jam, vinegar, oil salt and pepper for dressing.
  3. Top salad with dressing just before serving.
  4. Dressing best if made day ahead.
