Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tbsp cumin
  • 1 1/2 tbsp coriander
  • 1 1/2 tbsp anise seeds
  • 1 1/2 cup chili flakes

Directions:

  1. Toast spices in a dry pan until fragrant and then grind in a spice grinder.
  2. Puree the spice in a food processor with:
  3. /5 Tblspn salt
  4. To 10 cloves garlic
  5. Cups roasted red pepper
  6. C sun dried tomato
  7. Drizzle with olive oil for consistency of smooth paste
