Hamburger Salad - 1/4lb Burger

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/4 cup tomato, diced
  • 1 servings cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Directions:

  1. I use the George Foreman Grill to cook the burger.
  2. Pile lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, and anything else you want on your burger on your plate.
  3. Mix vinegar, olive oil, and mustard for a dressing.
  4. Crumble your burger on top, and drizzle with dressing.
