Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 quart milk

Directions:

  1. Saute meat and onion, drain excess fat.
  2. Add milk and cheese and heat to boiling.Mix flour and water for thickening and add to gravy.
  3. Simmer 4-5 minutes.
