Ingredients:

  • 3/4 lb ground beef, browned or 3/4 lb ground venison, if you want
  • 1 1/2 tbsp flour
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup cooked peas , if desired

Directions:

  1. Mix flour, water and salt together.
  2. Add to meat.
  3. Cook until thickened.
  4. Add peas if desired.
  5. Serve over mashed potatoes.
