Burger and Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 small onion (chopped )
  • 1/2 cup rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 1/2 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Brown hamburger and onion; drain grease off.
  3. Add rice, soup and milk; mix well.
  4. Pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.
