Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup wheat bran
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup cooked ham

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Grease muffin tin with spray, margarine, or butter.
  3. Combine ww flour, flour, wheat bran, sugar, baking powder.
  4. Beat egg and add to flour mixure along with oil and milk.
  5. Mix just until blended.
  6. Shred cheddar with FINE grater. Add to mixture.
  7. Finely chop cooked ham slices and add to mixture.
  8. Blend and scoop into muffin tin, dividing the mixture evenly amongst the 12 muffin cups.
  9. Bake for 20 mins or until golden brown.
  10. Cool and enjoy!
