Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in cheese and ham.
  2. In mixing bowl, beat eggs well, blend in milk and oil.
  3. Pour wet mixture over dry ingredients and stir just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  4. Spoon batter into 12 greased muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 375 F for 20 minutes or until firm and golden brown.
