Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine potatoes, ham and onion in a greased 1 qt casserole dish and set aside.
  2. Melt butter in a med saucepan over med heat.
  3. Stir in flour until smooth.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles.
  5. Add cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Stir until cheese melts.
  7. Pour over potatoe mixture and stir gently to mix.
  8. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly.
