Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Arrange fish in flat baking dish.
  2. Mix the sour cream, mustard, ginger and herbs together and spread over the surface of the fish.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. And bake at 350 degrees F. for 30 minutes or until fish is done and sauce is bubbly.
  5. Serve at once.
