Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 cups ground cherries
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Wash ground cherries and place in unbaked pie shell.
  2. Mix sugar, flour and tapioca then sprinkle over cherries then dribble water over top.
  3. Dot with butter then cover with top crust and seal edges.
  4. Bake 15 minutes at 400 then reduce temperature to 375 and bake 30 minutes.
