Directions:

  1. Place layers of the vegetables in the order given into thecrockpot.
  2. Seasoneach layer with salt and fresh-ground pepper.
  3. Put the lightly browned ground beef on top of the celery.
  4. Mix the tomato soup with the water.pour over the layers.
  5. Cover and set on LOW for 6-8 hours,stirring occasionally.
  6. Serve with warm rolls.
