Ground Beef and Tomato Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic

Directions:

  1. Brown beef 90% in iron skillet.
  2. Dice onion and add with garlic to beef.
  3. Cook macaroni in water.
  4. Combine all ingredients in baking pan.
  5. Bake at 375 for 30-40 min. until heated thoroughly.
