Grilled Sweet Vidalia Onion And Pepper Pasta

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grill onions and peppers until charred but not burnt.
  2. Place peppers in a paper bag to cool then remove skins when cool.
  3. Slice onions and peppers into strips then set aside.
  4. While pasta cooks heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  5. Saute garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in wine, chicken broth and whipping cream.
  7. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in onions, peppers and 1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley.
  9. Toss with drained pasta and serve.
