Grilled Rib Eye Steaks With Six-Spice Rub

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend first 6 ingredients in small bowl.
  2. Mix in oil to form smooth paste.
  3. Rub mixture over steaks.
  4. Transfer to baking pan.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.
  6. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  7. Sprinkle steaks with salt.
  8. Grill to desired doneness, about 5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  9. Place on cutting board; let stand 4 minutes.
  10. Cut steaks into 1/2-inch-thick diagonal slices.
  11. Transfer to platter.
  12. Sprinkle with salt.
  13. Serve with lemon.
