Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt , drained in fine sieve about 30 minutes
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 cup mint chiffonade

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a medium bowl and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately.
