  1. Boil unpeeled potatoes.
  2. Drain and cut.
  3. Cool.
  4. Toss with oil and salt and pepper.
  5. Grill in a barbecue basket until golden.
  6. Combine all ingredients.
  7. Toss.
  8. Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
