Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Peel potatoes, rinse and cut lengthwise into wedges. Place in large casserole.
  3. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil - toss to coat very well.
  4. Dissolve bouillon into water. Pour lemon juice and bouillon over potatoes. Toss to coat again.
  5. Add oregano and toss again.
  6. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
  7. Remove cover and bake another 40 minutes, basting often.
  8. If you like your potatoes a bit crispy, broil for last few minutes until they brown slightly.
