Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes til slightly tender.
  2. Coarsely grate (or just use frozen shredded potatoes).
  3. Toss all ingredients to mix.
  4. Place in greased, shallow 1 1/2 qt baking dish.
  5. Bake 350 for 30 minutes or til hot, bubbly, and slightly browned.
