Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Halve avocados and remove pit, oil surface with a light coating of olive oil
  2. Place face down over hot grill for about 5 minutes, or untill fruit has nice grill marks. watch closely not to burn.
  3. When cooled remove meat from fruit and mash with pureed garlic, lime, chili powder, and black pepper.
  4. Use avocado skins for serving bowls.
