Ingredients:

  • 2 large avocados
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 lemon , juice of, small

Directions:

  1. Cut the tomato in quarters. Remove seeds and chop finely.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients, mashing it all together.
  3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Put the seed from the avocado in the bowl with the guacamole (helps keep it from browning).
  5. Serve with tortilla chips or whatever you want.
  6. YUM!
