Directions:

  1. Mix the dressing ingredients well or in a blender until smooth.
  2. On a plate lay the bib lettuce down.
  3. Arrange the avocado, tomato, orange and onion slices on top.
  4. Pour over the dressing and garnish with fresh chopped cilantro.
