Grilled Bananas With Vanilla Ice Cream And Chocola...

Ingredients:

  1. Preheat grill pan.
  2. Peel bananas and halve lengthwise.
  3. In shallow baking pan place bananas in one layer stir butter and brown sugar together.
  4. Toss gently to coat.
  5. Transfer bananas with a metal spatula to an oiled grill pan and grill for 2 minutes on each side.
  6. In a heavy saucepan cook chocolate, cinnamon and half and half over low heat.
  7. Stir frequently until chocolate is melted.
  8. Serve bananas like a banana split with ice cream and chocolate sauce.
