Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bananas in butter over medium heat until brown on all sides.
  2. Arrange in a butter baking dish.
  3. Mix sugar with cheese and sprinkle with cinnamon (if desired).
  4. Spread cheese mixture over bananas.
  5. Add cream until bananas are almost covered.
  6. Bake in oven 350°F until tender, 30 to 40 minutes.
  7. Cream should not be absorbed.
