Ingredients:

  • 1 lb asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Snap off tough ends of asparagus. combine all ingredients in a large zip lock bag, seal and marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove asparagus from bag, discard marinade.
  3. Place asparagus on grill rack and grill for 5 minutes on each side or until asparagus is done.
  4. * its easier to put the asparagus on skewers and cook that way.
