  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients and mix well.
  3. Marinate for 30-60 minutes in refrigerator.
  4. Broil steaks 4-5 inches from the heat at about 4 minutes each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
