Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil beans with hot water for 20 minutes.
  2. Saute onion with salt and butter in a large pan for 4 minutes.
  3. Add drained beans in it then cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
  4. Stir occasionally.
  5. Pour in eggs and stir gently.
  6. When eggs are cooked turn heat off.
  7. Place on serving platter and sprinkle crushed pepper all over.
  8. Serve immediately.
